Signature Witnessing in Dubai
Sign your document in front of one of our own licensed lawyers or legal consultants, and leave with it stamped.
Signature witnessing means you sign your document in person while a lawyer or legal consultant watches you do it, and then stamps the document to record that it was signed in front of them.
It is done in our own office by our own licensed lawyers and legal consultants. Bring the document already drafted and ready to sign.
The Process
How the signing works
- Bring your document, already drafted and ready to sign
- Sign it in person, in front of one of our licensed lawyers or legal consultants
- The document is stamped there and then
- You take the signed and stamped document away with you
Before You Come
What to bring
- The document itself, already drafted and ready to sign
- Your original photo identification, such as a passport or Emirates ID
- Anyone else who needs to sign, if the document has more than one signatory
- The name of the authority or company asking for the witnessed signature, if you know it
Check what the receiving party needs
Some authorities ask specifically for a notary public rather than a witnessed signature. If that applies to your document, confirm it with whoever is asking for it before you come in, so you are not making the trip twice.
Cost
What it costs
